Quotables

“My DNA is I love doing new things, starting something from scratch, or taking something and seeing what God can do with it after the foundation has been laid.”

“When I went to seminary, I did not go to prepare for ministry in a hispanic context. I figured I would be in an English-speaking congregation somewhere.”

“God has a way of working things out, and working in our lives to make the things that we think disqualify us, make that the greatest asset that we have.”

“Alabama was not on my radar.”

“Obviously, the biggest barrier may be language, but what I have found is love overcomes a lot of barriers that we have.”
